Caution

1. Place the fountain where your pet can reach. Fill water into the fountain and make sure

the water level is between the MAX and MIN marks. The pump must be immersed

in water completely.

2. The filter must be fully soaked for 5-10 minutes before you turn on it; Otherwise, the water

may not diffuse through the filter and cause overflow.

3. Please clean the product before using.

4. Please clean the fountain and the pump every week.

5. Replace the filter every 2 to 4 weeks or when the flow of water decreases.

6. lf you have multiple pets at home, the water tray and water tank may be sticky because

of their saliva. Please replace the cleaning water and clean the inner components regularly.

Replacing the filter in time is better to prevent such cases from happening.
